Non-Returnable Items

Return Process Step-by-Step

Request Authorization: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number, order number, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.

Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

International Returns: Customers outside the UK/EU must clearly mark the customs declaration as "Returned Goods – No Commercial Value" to avoid import taxes. Packages without this designation may be subject to customs fees and delays.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification within 3–5 business days to confirm the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Restocking Fees

Store Credit Option
If you prefer, we can issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card for the value of your returned item (minus any applicable fees). Store credit never expires and can be used for future purchases on www.discountjerseyshop.com.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
Seasonal and Promotional Returns
